The Aqua Collector is one of the mid tier collectors made to be skipped over. Most of the time if you have a Basic Diamond Enchanter and a few Mineral Droppers, you will easily make enough Qd or Qtn to get the Void Collector. Since this does only 2/3 of what the Void can do, it is easily skipped.
