Manganese is one of the oldest used metal in human history. The first found evidence of humans using this metal is 15,000 years before the calendar even existed. It was used as pigment to make paint. It was used in the old egyptians in order to make a green color in the glass. The spartans also used it with smelding metal to increase the strength of the smelts. Today it is mainly used as a chemical form called potassium permanganate because of the fact that it doesn't interact with most other metals.
This resource is used mostly for alloying Mangalloy (alloy of Steel and manganese). However some items require manganese. It can be pulvarished to dust with the Metal Smasher or cut in plates with the Suspended Plate Cutter.
It is produced by the Manganese Depot.
