Wow this upgrader is way too spooky for me!
The Spooky Scary Upgrader is an Ethereal Tier upgrader that upgrades drops between 100 - 1000x once as long as the ore's base value is at least $1 Oc. As an ethereal upgrader, it can be used on advanced and entropic drops ($10 Unqdt+), making it very helpful throughout the entirety of normal mode.
