The Suspended Log Chipper is a device that converts Wood cards into Planks. The Planks dispensed by this item can be used to stockpiled inside of a Resource Collector.  

It can be used by both an elevation conveyor or directly from 1 Automatic Resource Collector. Don't forget that the saw part is the input and the black stripe is the output.
